  1. A longer cruise is always the better option. Your kids would adore the Oasis, she's one of the biggest ships in the world and packed with every conceivable type of on board attraction to wow you and your family. Oasis was also recently refurbished so almost like traveling on a new ship. San Juan is a great port to stroll around and explore lots of great shops plus the enormous El Morro fort. Labadee the private island will keep you all busy with plenty to do. St. Maarten is lovely too, great beaches nearby. Bermuda is a beautiful country but, I think 9 days on Oasis is the clear winner. Book the Royal Caribbean cruise and have a wonderful time! Jonathan
  2. I would choose the Royal Princess Club Class cabin. Based purely on the quality of the ship, cabin and club class alone absolutely first rate. Club Class dining is an intimate affair, you are seated as soon as you enter the dining room. The service is top notch and the food is delicious. There is also usually an additional entree offered each evening that is not on the regular menu. The Club Class cabins are roomy and well appointed and feature evening hors d'oeuvres and complementary wine at the beginning of the cruise. I'm sure you will have a fabulous cruise to Alaska but, it will be extra special in a Club Class Mini Suite on Royal Princess. Jonathan
  3. Hi Abby82306, You can't go wrong with the Retreat on board Celebrity particularly the newer Edge class ships. We sailed the Edge in her maiden year in a Sky Suite and were extremely impressed with the level of top class service offered. The ship is super streamlined with a bevvy of high tech gadgets from self dimming bed lamps to several varieties of cabin lighting, not to mention a butler too. The Retreat lounge is a massive interior space with snack offered throughout the day and a sumptuous spread of hors d'oeuvres at night and breakfast in the morning. This is a soothing, relaxing space with floor to ceiling windows and a dedicated concierge to assist with your on board needs. In addition there in a very large outdoor area with a modest pool, hot tubs, cabanas and a bar that also serves sandwiches and burgers. The exclusive suites restaurant Luminae features first class service and a wide range of delectable dishes. The only problem with booking suite class on Celebrity is once you've experienced this exemplary oasis of attention there's no going back. Happy Cruising. Jonathan
  4. If it's a choice between being near the Kids Club or the Casino I think the casino is the better option. It's either a gaggle of kids frolicking outside your cabin or a flock of gamblers hollering a floor above. Get some ear plugs and have a great cruise. Jonathan
  5. 62 days till Emerald Princess British Isles. Jonathan
  6. On the contrary we are traveling from the U.S. and are planning to wear Masks on board, avoid elevators and use the same sensible precautions we employ on a daily basis living in New York City. Jonathan
