On one of our sailings in the app it says room service is free for Suite and Zenith Captains Club status (Connie) and on Apex it just says 9.95 charge. Same with Edge. is it free for Zenith or just free by ship to ship?

I didn't realize it wouldn't include Day 1. Why would that be? As Elite Plus we have always sent out on the first day and were never charged. Seems strange just for Day 1. 2nd to last day is understandable.

I know this was asked before but I can't find the post. Zenith gets unlimited laundry but it is not clear if dry cleaning or pressing is included with that. Anyone have recent experience and know? Do we have to do anything special to have the Premium Drink package added to our Sail Only Rate or does it auto happen?

My mistake all. Thanks for correcting. It used to be 2 bottles per room and I'm old school and didn't realize it changed. Thanks for keeping us on our toes!

Technically you are supposed to have 2 bottles per room. But if you spread yourself out and carry them through the security they have not stopped us from having 2 each. No fees to bring things back but they may hold it until the last day of the cruise

Did not think to call the Captain's Club. That worked and they stated all of this. Taxes were removed and the rest of the price fair didn't change for myself, which made it an expensive trip but our fault for not planning in the grandbaby when we booked 🙂 That is what they said. Thanks all!

Wife and I were scheduled to depart on Sunday March 19th, on Reflection. My daughter had her 4th grandbaby a month early so wife decided to cancel so now I'm a single traveler. Will I get double CC Points even though we only canceled her name on the reservation a week before? Celebrity reps are giving mixed statements and our big-box store rep has no clue. It seems by verbage on Celebrity site that traveling alone earns double points. Doesn't say when the other party was canceled. Statement also only has my name on the reservation now. Thanks!

Yes 🙂 Well.. the next next one. We are on a B2B this coming sunday on Reflection. The first nets us 35 points and the 2nd will net us 84.

On Solstice last week. No Prime Ribe and no Steak and Chips. OV at night was pitiful. No stir fry station. Just pasta, pizza, tiny dessert and salad station, and some rotating American fare.

Currently on Solstice. Internet would not work at first but then it started. I will test off and on the next 4 weeks. Premium

Agree with you on the "NY Strip Stake", no marbling and very little 'steak' flavor.. Also agree on the Filet on the last day on our trip on Equinox.

On all the modern flat TVs on the S and E class ships just hit the "CC" button. Then Menu. Scroll Down to Inputs and change to your HDMI. Doing this won't require a reset of the TV. When done just turn the TV off and back on again. Cheers

Easiest is to download the Celebrity App on your Phone. All the menus show up there for future cruises. If no future cruises then.... search the forum 🙂

We had a 11:00 slot and didn't arrive until 1:30 and the place was deserted. Just show up earlier. They are not going to care.

Well I have to add there was no Oatmeal cookies our whole cruise on Equinox in December! So it must be cuts 🙂 JK, the food was amazing on Equinox and plenty of it. And I talked to the Food and Beverage manager when she was walking around and she said they just randomly pick cookies to bake. This time was peanut butter. So tinfoil hat on that one got removed 😄

Google Fi is amazing for travel. 55GB every month in any country and its always at full speed. I never use close to that at home and always have some left over for travel. Most ports in the Caribbean I get great connections and it handles everything. Wife is on T-Mobile as she uses an Apple Watch on Cellular and Fi doesn't have it. Worth looking into if you travel a lot like we do.

I get on Equinox this monday. Hopefully it is installed on her before I get on 🙂
