Thank you for your input. Size of the cabin and increase in comfort is very subjective. Based on time spent in cabin and what is considered increase comfort. We personally don't spend any time except sleep, shower, dress in our caboin as we enjoy meeting others. So, subjective if 50 sq ft would justify cost. Again, thank you for your input.

An old guestion. Not trying to create a flaming. Just an ROI. 1. The cost of a suite compare to a Balcony? 2. The extra perks of a suote vs Balcony? Cruise one 7 day cruise in a suite or 14 days in a Balcony? Add extra perks that are free in a suite to a balcony that are added cost. Asking to generate a total comparison based on cost.

Don't compare to Celebrity. Celebrity is normally the most exoensive.

Understand what you said. My only point was that what we post is our experiences. You had a bad experience in the MDR and we had a great experience in the MDR. I never addressed your overall cruise experience. Just the MDR.

Steak house was $65 plus 18% tip equals $76/person. What time did you go into MDR? WE WENT AT 530PM.

We tried all 4 during the 7 days. Buffet was very good, too.

Opinions are just that. We just got off of the Apex on Dec 3 and ate in the MDR every night. Never had a bad meal or service! The Specialty Restaurants are overpriced! We only cruised on RCI, MSC, NCL and Celebrity this year for a total of 9 cruises. Yes, Celebrity will give you a discount of 10 or 20%, but still overpriced! JMHO! We have done Specialty Restaurants on the other 8 cruises this year. UDP on RCI, 2 on MSC, 10 out of 14 days on NCL. So, we are speaking with our current experiences. Apex has 4 MDRs and they all can't be fair/poor. Who 's opinion is more valid? Only yours will count. Enjoy the Apex. It was our best out of the 9 cruises this year.

Someone who stayed in this category cabin, their opinion of the cabin. A very wide open request. Just like how did you like the food in the Specialty Restaurants. Just like people who want to see pics of a specific cabin.

Just like a hotel. All cabins are not cleaned and ready. In a hotel they may email individual guests to notify them their room is ready. The cruise ship could not do that effectively.

HAL allowed guests one free visit to the Pinnacle Grill when it first came out. It was totally 5 star setting, service and food. Don't remember when. Maybe late 80s or early 90s.

I would tell you of a secret place, but then it would not be a secret! LOL Many choices on the ship. Food Hall, local are 2 I can recommend. Enjoy!

My personal experience on the Prima Hudson's MDR dinner Oct 15 - 27. NY Strip medium rare - the waiter and I could NOT cut the steak. Pork Chops - 2 thin cut over cooked dried out. Veal - tough. I know, I could ask for something else. Had perks and used the Speciality Restaurants. Excellent¡
