  1. As soon as possible these cruises are especially popular with first time cruisers who see it as a bucket list trip and want to do everything in every port
  2. Believe me my order to the bartender standing in front of me will get filled before your app order
  3. And many of my grocery items have also increased a lot. I am now paying $6 for a quart of half and half
  4. Where can I get my 8-12 cocktails a day ?
  5. I have never had an issue when the put up barriers to separate the lines bit last cruise it was all a free for all and lots of people who did not know what elite even meant
  6. It will just end up with longer lines, people ignoring elite / suite lines and people getting even more upset. Guest Services does not set rules
  7. On the Discovery in June there were a bunch of people with 6:30 reservations were told they would have to wait because the early diners were not done. Many tried to talk there way into the reserved class dining room to no avail
  8. Having worked with Accenture in the past they are very inconsistent in their training. We always got nervous when one of the experienced ones got reassigned and we had to try and bring a new person up to speed
  9. Yeah but 2 meals per cruise on a plus package would make a dent there were some people that ate almost every meal there
  10. If you have plus package there are tons of good liquors such as Woodford Reserve, Grey Goose and others within the $15 limit
  11. I can understand when we were on the Discovery in June you could not get a seat for pizza without a one hour wait. Tons of families ordering multiple pizzas and leaving half uneaten
  12. That was very common last year with ships sailing at 60% or so. In June we were on the Discovery and it was packed to the max with tons of families. We refare when possible but full is full
  13. You have to live for today you never know what will happen tomorrow. That being said I always pay all or almost all of my one credit card every month
  14. You will get a mini bar per segment regardless of how you booked them. The room service department doesn’t know how you booked only that your cabin is due for a mini bar
  15. You still get up to $15 on the plus package and pay the difference on a higher amount. Also can get 25% off any bottles of wine in any venue
  16. We are mostly cocktail drinkers and can live with most plus wines, do my gambling in the casino and sail on Grand class ships mostly which do not have pizza restaurants or sushi and would rather eat in club class than Salty Dog in the wheelhouse and cruise usually for 14-20 days. Plus works for us
  17. Even with the 2022 version you will still get drinks up to $15. That has been true on every cruise I have taken this year
  18. Another good reason to use. a CVP. The casino department totally screwed up a booking and our CVP took over a got things fixed without us having to spend time in the phone
  19. Yes room service does not know how you booked the cruise. They will bring you a new one on each segment
  20. There are no regular mini suites to be had ?
  21. Still don’t see the advantage of premier over plus. Our preferred bourbon and vodka are covered as well as the Pinot Grigio boot great but ok. There is one red wine we like that is $18 so we just pay $3 plus 18%. We don’t do production show or take photos. The only thing of value would be 2 specialty dinners but that is only worth no more than $80 per person and you are paying $20 per day more than plus. Dollar value just doesn’t give enough extras. We would rather put the money into something else
  22. Not much point to have a reserve class mini if you are not going to use the dining. That is what you are paying for
  23. It is the bottom level of wine available
