Not surprised, it's a lot of $$$ and a lot of time to be on a Cruise Ship and away from home.

Probably 2 simple reason as to why no insurance Company would cover it. 1. The amount of a cruise 3 years long is so high, they just didn't want to chance it and wipe out their company if they should have more then a few insured on this cruise. 2. I have never heard of a WC being so long 3 years. So no other insurance company had anything to judge how to handle insurance for cruise being so long in time like this one. So really they had nothing to base this off of to even know what to charge for this kind of vacation. Longer at sea the more that can go wrong.

They had a ship lined up that was retired, They were suppose to dry dock it and make the necessary changes to it to get it ready in time but the sale did not go through on time and then in the mean time a sale went through but it was bought by another company.😲 Life at Sea Cruises had been planning to buy the AIDAaura, a ship retired this summer by AIDA Cruises, a German subsidiary of Carnival Corp. They started the Wednesday Morning before Thanksgiving on Serenade a few days ago, tree is up and some garland on the railings in the centrum.

Prices are sick for that September 2024 sailing, Just a regular Balcony is over 7 Grand, if prices are anything like that for 2025, you will pay well over 10 Grand for a JS. At those prices just aren't worth it.

We were on deck 8 two cabins back from the Centrum on Jewel and never smelled any smoke from the casino.

It sucks when health gets in the way of cruising. 😞

Not sure, never done it like this before either, might try it sometime with a chicken roaster first. Maybe the meat retains the most of the juices because it is done quicker. I would use 2 sheet pans. One for legs and wings and other sheet pan for both of the breast pieces. We have one of those 22 quart Oster Roaster Ovens we are cooking our 10 lb turkey in for just my Wife and I. Works really well.

I guess this is like a broken jaw when the wire your mouth shut and all you drink is liquids. People lose weight when that happens too. Heck of a way to lose weight though isn't it?
