Well after what we have paid plus the future credit there would be a balance of approx £1200 owing to us . Original 10 day cruise but replaced with 7 day cruise . They will not refund this but want to give us another worthless credit as I can’t see us ever cruising with them again as the prices and itinerary do not appeal to us . May ring Barclaycard and UK travel agency as we would have began better off only paying the deposit .

Has anyone seen any prices for the revised itineraries ?

We are waiting a reply from Explorer but are actively looking at a 12 day Regent cruise

I’m doing this itinerary on 16th but won’t be getting off there as we have another week there after we disembark

@jo-b is this a full refund or just a difference in price because of the FJC ?

Did you rebook another cruise or just cancel and get a refund ?

Have you seen any prices ? Wonder what happens if you paid in full and the 30% FJC means the total is less than already paid

So if the full value of your current journey is $10k you would receive FJC of $3K even if your cancelled trip is made up of previous FJC and cash payment and/or price adjustment ?

What are they not liking / enjoying that would make them want to cancel ?

The alternative to my rebooked and then cancelled is Athens to Istanbul but only 7 days . Original was 8 and the replacement 10 so who knows what credit I’ll now get
