  1. This is the perfect cabin for perfect conditions. Our sea day between Grand Cayman and Belieze enjoyed calm water and a pleasant following breeze. The oak table and chairs were retired and replaced with the standard aluminium near the end of our cruise.
  2. Wow! We went on the ATV excursion in Costa Maya. There was nothing physically challenging about the ride. We had fun.
  3. Not to be missed. Naathan Phan We just saw him on the Regal Princess. Did an amazing show right through audio-technical difficulties. First a piercing high pitched alarm and then no PA. He joked about doing shakespear in the park and performed so everyone in the theater could hear him. https://www.magicasianman.com/upcoming
  4. The uncomfortably awkward seating in the Vista needs to go.
  5. NYE! Mute Out Loud proved to be a great dance band.
  6. His performancewould have been worlds better if they had a real backing band.
  7. The Cayman port was closed and the tenders would not come out to the ship. The conditions didn't look that bad at the time, but we have to trust them to do the safe thing. We had a scooter reserved and we were really looking forward to exploring the secluded beaches. Saving this adventure for the future.
  8. Wouldn't it be nice if we could bring our bikes!
  9. Nachi Cocom has a good quiet reputation. https://cozumelnachicocom.com/
  10. Thanks for the info 🙂
  11. The reserve dining is the part of our upcomming New Years cruise that I am most looking forward to. This is our first try with the reserve, (Club Class), and we hope the dining experience is a return to the way dining used to be. Sailing on the Regal Dec. 27, 2023

  13. https://www.portofgalveston.com/80/Cruise-Lines-Schedules Looks like it is mostly used by Carnival. It also appears that the construction isn't stopping any cruises. CRUISE-CALENDAR-2023-Terminal-25.pdf
  14. We've booked a convertible from Budget from IAH to Galveston. The drop off is in Texas City wich is 14 miles from the port. Does anyone know if there is a shuttle after the drop off at Gulfway Plaza Shopping Center? UBER/Lyft? Budget's $113 rate seems reasonable when compared to other options considering it's going to be moonlight. Any restaurant recommendations enroute the evening before the cruise?

  16. All that space and sparcely furnished. Isn't it big enough to be a suite? The wine service is a nice touch.
  17. Thanks for the video. We're in L107 on the Regal soon and we're planning on having room service on the balcony for the evening sailaways.
