  1. As previous poster quoted..."We can agree to disagree". I was simply stating how I feel, not what you might feel. More power to you. 😉
  2. They don't send that huge file of cruise docs?? That's odd. I can always find luggage tags and set sail on that....around page 17 I think? I am actually surprised Vision is still with us. I miss the cute little Vision class ships that have departed us, and looking forward to EN again in a few months. 🙂
  3. It is nice! On the older Oasis class you have to go out the entry doors to the other side of the elevators.
  4. Indeed JS cabin pax are allowed in for dinner only, and only if reservations are available on a day to day basis. This perk is not a guarantee...and with ships sailing full....it's not a given you will get what you want. They are also not welcomed into the SL...though some get away with it before dinner. Not having keyed access, just makes me feel like an outsider. This is just my problem...not yours. 😉
  5. Have been on Wonder many times, including a 2 week Med, followed by 2 week TA. The only reason those doors are open, is because pax are too lazy to shut them once they open them with access key. For some reason they did not put self closures on those doors like the other Oasis class ships (which doors are just outside the actual CK/SL). We always stay in a GS on the opposite side (less foot traffic) and many times those pax forget to shut the doors behind them. Why have keyed access to those sections when the doors are constantly left open?🫤
  6. IMHO...if I don't have key access...I don't belong. That being JS...or Pinnies not in a suite that are willy nilly allowed or not. There are far too many venues around the ship, both lounge and dining to visit.
  7. Oh man...he just told me he is running chills up his back...MARS.... 😮
  8. Hah...that is when the rare time the double doors are actually closed. Which is not very often. 😑
  9. Even if you get reservations in the CL....you are still stuck with "knock knock" to enter CK. 😉
  10. And I still remember my old "Princess phone". Now the age is showing!!!
  11. OK...I guess I am an old dinosaur...I still have my 20 year old 29.00 printer from Walmart. 😉
  12. Geez...people...just print out the cropped set sail pass(showing the bar code) ...tuck it into your passport.....present at check in...done deal. Is that so hard to do???
  13. Just a heads up to CK diners. Don't let them seat you at a table near the door. This happened to us on Harmony once. There was a large table of apparently JS pax (with several active kids) next to us. They kept getting up to go to the bathroom, back to the cabin...who knows. Then of course coming back in. This required a lot of knocking on the door to be let back in. When the host was not at the podium, it was obviously very annoying while they kept knocking louder. I did not feel to get up and down constantly as "door person" to let them in while I was eating. Disruptive for sure.
  14. I trim the set sail pass down, then print that out to show bar code, name, etc. That slips into my passport and ready to hand to check in agent. No worries, done deal.
  15. I received that one too. IMHO....just more legal "gobbly gook"....anything to make us think something is progressing. Hah. 😠
  16. Yeah, I did not post that right for sure. Sorry about the confusion!
  17. We had enjoyed MTD when it first came out. Ships dedicated a separate upper level dining deck just to that program. Then, a few years ago, when they changed it to "fill in" after first dining pax leave...it all fell apart...IMHO. We since then switched back to the traditional dining. Actually works out well, since we eat earlier at home as well, and gives us time to see shows after dinner.
  18. Sorry about that. I should have said "I will be" in 7016 (facing elevators directly) on Orion in January. Will be interesting indeed...but looking forward to it. 🙂
  19. Apparently not the good stuff in the bag that you and your bro enjoyed in Vietnam. 😉 😄
  20. I love being able to walk in, and straight through to my assigned table with early traditional. Reminds me of why I did so when we depart from early traditional and witness the "not so happy" pax in big lines waiting to get a table for MTD. That is what made me switch to traditional dining. The smiles of our assigned wait staff, holding our favorite glasses of wine as we approach...has a a bit to do with that as well. 😉 🍷
  21. I am in 7016 on Orion. If that dinging keeps me awake at night, I will bring the "bulldog" (AKA me when I am not in a good mood) down to guest services. 😉
  22. We have had it both ways. RCI: Really Consistently Inconsistent. 😉
  23. Indeed there is an abundance of that going around. 😉 I am not special.... I am just still alive. 😄
