  1. Yes, as a l;ast resort it can be disputed and Royal would have to prove it is a valid charge. Like I said call Royal and get them to get in touch with someone in accounting and they can tell where it originated from. You need to call during business hours 9 -5 EST
  2. Good point but that thought leads me to believe that instead they may leave one of the OA class in Galveston doing the short runs instead of Mariner and keep Icon doing the 7 day. Not sure they are ready yet to commit the newest class to the short runs
  3. Another one doing shorter itineraries like yhe Nariner is doing.
  4. From what I have experienced with the Next Cruise Agents that is definitely within the realm of possibilities.
  5. Strange. Never received that for any of the bookings I had as long as the booking was made prior to the date of the change
  6. When the title of the thread says "Deal Alert" and then it says "no solo supplement" it is pretty self explanatory
  7. Call Royal. Get the agent to reach out to accounting. They can absolutely search for charges by credit card number and link it back to the purchase. It is just getting the right person. I have had to do this several times
  8. All bookings made prior to the change in policy date were grandfathered.
  9. Sorry you misunderstood what no single supplement meant.
  10. Not necessarily. You are getting double points because you are paying for more than 1 guest. In this case you are only paying for 1 guest.
  11. I would not count on it since you only paid for one person and there was no additional supplement
  12. There is no solo supplement on these sailings so yes the price is less than what it would be using your DP340 discount that has a 150% solo supplement
  13. What I posted was in addition to the required marine maintenance. It's pretty obvious that they wouldnt pull a ship from service just to change carpets.
  14. Yes. They will probably do some carpet replacements and other cosmetic things but nothing major
  15. I kick myself lots of times, usually for selling too soon.
  16. What you get at 340 points is a 150% solo supplement which works out to 25% off the total price. Example Per person pricing $1000 room for 2 is $2000 Normal room for 1 is $1000 x 200% = $2000 150% supplement $1000 x 150% - $1500 No solo supplement $1000 x 100% = $1000 Prices are without taxes
  17. What is the one in the foreground. Looks like deep fried shrimp on top What is the one in the first picture in the foreground with what looks like something deep fried on it
  18. No single supplement means that you are paying for 1 person. The normal single supplement is 200% which means you are basically paying for 2 people (less the taxes and fees) so when there is no supplement you are only paying for 1 person...it's half the usual price that solo's would usually pay.
  19. That's the one. I had bought a bunch of NCL just days prior and it crashed as well. Finally today I'm back on the plus side.
  20. Possibly although there are rumours about what ship is heading there so that may be a separate release
  21. Makes perfect sense. They have lots of unsold inventory and they are slashing prices to get bodies on board
  22. It is too late to purchase cruise line insurance. Other companies may still offer policies.
