Today is not our last sea day. We have one tomorrow as well and arrive Ensenada on Sunday

My brother and mom had it the other night and it was much larger than the lobster served last night, which was on the menu

Not sure why yesterday would’ve been the first time, as check in starts 45 days prior to sailing. Unfortunately you checked in too late and earlier times have already been taken

We are currently on board. I like a harder bed and soft pillow. I have the soft pillow, but the bed is too soft for me. My back is killing me

Have taken 3 this year so far (currently on #3). Have 2 more booked for December and 3 booked so far for 2024

We just got back on the ship and our ID was not asked for by anyone, only medallion. We are leaving again in a couple of hours. We will see what happens then.

So far we have had to get our picture taken 3 times to board even though we already have one in our profile. We have never had an issue with our pictures before. Had to watch the muster drill 3 times. Watched it on my phone and they said my husband had to watch it, even though we watched it together. We were told to watch it in our cabin. He did and that still didn’t pass. He ended up having to download the app so he could watch it there. Unless we missed something, the buffet is very small and reminds me of a hospital cafeteria. Not much choice for salad bar. I’m also gluten free and asked for gluten free bread. I was told that they don’t have any. Just a frustrating first day. As I said, keeping an open mind and hoping it gets better tonight and tomorrow.

We are on board as well and so far I have to say that we aren’t impressed. Going to keep an open mind though and hope tomorrow is a better day!

We are at the Crowne Plaza and watch the Discovery leave today from our hotel room window. Might see the Sapphire come in if I’m up early enough

We are on this cruise as well. Sailing with my parents, brother and sister in law. My SIL has never been to Hawaii so she is extra excited. First time the 6 of us will be sailing together. My parents are Princess cruisers, but my brother is a Carnival cruiser and we are Celebrity. Going to be a new experience for us, but willing to do it for my parents. Heading to LA on Saturday morning. Going to rent a car and drop it off in Long Beach Saturday night. We are staying in San Pedro. See you on board!

Not sure what CA is. We ended up purchasing the whole package….tips, internet and drinks. Sure wish everyone at Princess was on the same page. My parents booked this cruise for us and that’s when the question was asked about buying the drink package separately. Two cruise planners from Princess said yes, both people HAVE to buy it, and I asked my TA (even though this wasn’t booked by her) and she called Princess and was told yes as well. Just saying what my experience was. I questioned it because Celebrity requires it and seems that the cruise lines are doing similar things.

I was given false information then. I was told that if we wanted to buy a drink package (not included in price) then both of us had to buy it. It used to be that one could and the other didn’t have to, but that has changed……at least that’s what I was told

I was told by Princess……and our cruise planner….that if one of us bought the plus package that both of us HAD to 🤷🏻‍♀️……also, if one had it and wanted to upgrade to premier, both have to upgrade

While I LOVE Reflection, I would choose Ascent. When I get free offers I like to try the new ships and if I don’t care for it it didn’t cost much. Enjoy whichever one you choose!

Too bad you had this issue! We have been on many Celebrity cruises and I’m gluten free. Fortunately I have never had any issues

I am personally not a fan. We got clips because we don’t like lanyards. Waste of money. They fall out so easily. Really with they used a key card. They are so much better!

We sailed Infinity in 2019 and it was in desperate need of a refurbishment then, so we won’t go on that ship again. Don’t really care for the M class ships. I would have to disagree with one thing though, there are LOTS of drinks that you can get on the classic package

We have zero complaints about the food we have had for any of our sailings this year. Has all been wonderful!

You can definitely reprice without cancelling. I have done it 3 times already for an upcoming cruise.

A couple of weeks ago

Just people complaining. We have been on 5 Celebrity cruises in the last 17 months and the food has been fabulous

We love them both, but Murano is a bit better.

We haven’t had any issues at all. We have sailed 5 times since Jan 2022 and every one has been wonderful. As far as removing the children’s filet, it must’ve just been done recently because I had it on a recent cruise.

I only have the ones that fit Celebrity tags, but I found a way to make my Princess tags fit. Going on our only Princess soon so no need to buy new ones.

Oh goodness! This doesn’t sound good. We are sailing Princess……not by choice…..next month. I already wasn’t thrilled to be sailing Princess to start with and now to potentially expect this on board the Sapphire? Ugh 😩
