  1. How long ago were those cruises? I have a sense that Princess may not be so generous on quarantine days now.
  2. Maybe not the right board, but I'll give this a shot. We are sailing on Ascent in April (Aqua Class) and this will be our first Celebrity cruise at the Elites loyalty level. Can anybody tell me what we should expect for benefits and when we'll find out what they will be?
  3. Wouldn't it be great if that's how packages of anything were calculated?
  4. Maybe... hadn't considered it. I was responding to a question regarding booking at the current price before it (maybe) gets jacked up.
  5. That needs to be done through the Princess app. FYI, I have never been able to figure out how two book to individual packages; it's either a single device or four devices and we only need two. I book one for me then sign into my wife's Medallion account and book one for her. Works just fine.
  6. We are taking a TA in mid April but will be staying on in Spain for about 10 days afterwards. We will get a 15 day data only esim and activate it when we arrive in Canary Islands. That will provide coverage for there, Madeira and mainland Spain.
  7. This raises the question of why get a esim (or sim) at all. If the poster is simply taking a TA and intends to disembark in Europe and return to Canada, there is no very good reason (at least in ky opinion) to have a Europe/UK sim.
  8. So, should the 1230 flight be booked or not? Me, I think it's OK.
  9. Although I didn't make the cut on my recent cruise, the fellow I played cribbage with did; he and his wife enjoyed their lunch at the Crown Grill.
  10. They had one on my recent Emerald Princess Panama Canal cruise.
  11. I'm gonna have to quibble about your use of the word homonym: 1. words spelled the same with different meaning, or 2. words pronounced the same with different spelling. I don't think either of these are spell checker and/or proof reader weaknesses in the context of your thesis.
  12. Like that's ever stopped anybody.... Also, we can discuss the difference between fees (title of this thread) and fares.
  13. Not necessarily. I did two mock bookings on Celebrity Refection for November, 2024. For two people in the cabin the fare is $1,623.00. For a single in same category cabin, the fare is $1,541.75. Celebrity Cruises(1).PDF Celebrity Cruises.PDF
  14. Take it out once you're seated on the airplane.
  15. I take it that would be a refundable OBC?
  16. I agree; the closest location for espresso is at the soft ice cream/pizza location on the port side between the deck 15 pools.
  17. You're a wee bit late to this party.... the OP's trip was about three months ago.
  18. I didn't see much negative here; the general sense is that other cruisers aren't about to spend too much effort trying to convince somebody to do something they're (apparently) disinclined to enjoy. He who is convinced against his will is of the same opinion still.
  19. I'd say 'gong show' is a polite understatement! The entire airport transfer was the absolute worst I've ever experienced; uncoordinated, lack of buses, insufficient assistance to mobility-impaired, long delay. Other than a major PITA for us, no impact as I booked our flight home for tomorrow at 1155 justbincase of disembarkation delays... but I never expected so ething like this. So, tonight at the airport hotel watching the Bills squish the fish in Miami.
  20. No doubt those with flights scheduled before noon are becoming a bit anxious.
  21. I am on the Emerald right now. Shows are (mostly) scheduled for 1930 and again at 2130. On this sailing, it has been necessary to show up at least 30 minutes beforehand to get two decent seats together, at least for the early show Perhaps it's because the ship is chock-a-block with passengers for a Christmas & New Year's cruise.
  22. It is worth the effort; make sure you pre-paid tickets with entry time window.
