    Agree …. Plans such as handling the influx change quickly. This migrant facility needs to be better placed. Of course, if enforcement at the border is improved, that can solve this issue.

    Perhaps check with the hotel front desk and see what they recommend. I am sure it would not be the first time they were asked that question.

    Suggest yellow cab .... if none available when you disembark just walk (with luggage) one avenue over to 11th ave.
