I am not sure what difference it makes what size cruise line you are sailing with? Are you saying this was not one of the forms of transport provided by the Isla Pasion company similar to what is provided to Carnival and Royal? Passion Island is an independent company isn't it?

I think though the point is this was NOT a ferry!! Not a public ferry and not an independent cruise excursion ferry to the mainland. It was a catamaran excursion to Passion Island. But glad all were rescued safely.

Most of the ferries I saw there this past week were catamarans but they are significantly larger than the one that sank.
