Cryptic email from NCL

I received the following email from a “donotreply” guest relations email:

Your form was submitted successfully, please allow 15 business days for a response.

Norwegian Cruise Line Guest Relations

To what is this referring? We are cruising to Cuba. Has anyone seen this in relation to that travel form? That is the only thing I can think of but I filled that out and printed it a while ago....

I received five of these in the overnight hours last night... Must be some kind of computer error, as I have not contacted NCL regarding my bookings.

I saw on a different site that a bunch of folks got those messages. Just delete them.

Got two of them. I read it's a computer glitch. But it would be nice if NCL actually told us instead of reading about it here or on another website.

I feel neglected! The only email message that I received last night from NCL was confirmation of my payment, which was correct.

I was wondering about that! Just figured my TA submitted something weird on my behalf.

I called Guest Relations because I got 2 of them and they said it was a glitch in their system and emailed everyone who ever had filed a claim that was closed from years ago and to just delete them.

Sounds like NCL's ever efficient computing personnel yet again.
