mommao729 Posted August 20, 2018 #1 Share Posted August 20, 2018 i usually put cash down for my account. This time I am using a credit card. Both myself and my husband will be using the same card. So when I went to print my set sail pass, it gave me one pass with me being the primary. I don’t see his name on it at all. Has anyone just received one pass. Will his name come up when they scan it? Also, I have read that on certain ships you have to use your set sail pass to make purchases till you go to your room and get your key. I know harmony did this. Do you get your card when you check in at Port Canaveral? If not do we both share the one pass to make purchases?
Clarea Posted August 20, 2018 #2 Share Posted August 20, 2018 Check the SetSail pass again, you may find both names on it a bit down the page. It has been normal to get one SetSail pass when both guests are on the same onboard account. If Oasis has transitioned to giving SeaPass cards at the stateroom, the check-in agent can print a new SetSail for each person.

Had to do three for my family. She might want to go back in and see if there's two separate ones. We sail 09/02/18.
mommao729 Posted August 20, 2018 Author #4 Share Posted August 20, 2018 I called royal and they told me one pass is fine. But if u keep calling i’ll Probably get 20 different answers. So if I go back and edit the documents take out the credit card and put cash, will It print me 2 separate set sail passes? And when I go to the terminal to check in can I say I’m going to put one credit card down for both me and my husband? Or do I have to go to guest services? I’m thinking this might be the easy way to go. But want to make sure I can do that.
Biker19 Posted August 20, 2018 #5 Share Posted August 20, 2018 And when I go to the terminal to check in can I say I’m going to put one credit card down for both me and my husband? Yes, and don't worry about printing different passes - all can be fixed at check in.
cb at sea Posted August 20, 2018 #6 Share Posted August 20, 2018 That's right...you don't actually NEED to print anything!
