Tier Change while on cruise

I am 2 points away from my next lattitudes tier change and am booked for an 11 day. Do I get the benefits from the next tier while on that sailing?

No, points are credited upon completion of the cruise

You do not level up on board.

Latitude points are Only awarded after Completion of a cruise.

If you don't finish your cruise for Any reason you don't get any points.

You can only change levels on board if you are doing B2B cruises and then it only happens if you are eligible by the change over point. As stated Points are only credited after the cruise has been completed.

Same for my cousin, she hits Platinum plus after 4 more points, thankfully the perk difference is minimal between the two tiers but at least she catches up to everyone else in the family tierwise

It is seriously time to get your next cruise booked!

I need one point to be platinum plus on my next cruise next month but I won't get it till after the cruise is over. On Carnival they upgrade you before you get on the ship if your tier changes.

The extra dinners you get for being platinum would be nice for my next cruise. Oh well, it’s the med so lots of yummy food on shore anyway!
