Is the Pinnacle Grill open for lunch when the ship is in port ?

It is occasionally but it is very rare in our experience.

Usually open most sea days except embarkation day & a couple of special functions.

Best thing to do is to check when you are on board.

If you're doing this year's 14-day round trip Alaska itinerary on Zaandam (which we did earlier in the season), the only port where the Pinnacle Grill is open for lunch is Kodiak, from 12 noon to 1 pm.

It is very, very rare for the Pinnacle Grill to be open for lunch on a port day.

I checked my “When and Wheres” from the July 30-August 13 sailing. The PG was open on the Kodiak and Victoria days. We arrived to Victoria at 1pm, the MDR was closed that day (I believe they had Mariner’s Lunches 2 days in a row, I attended one the previous day and saw others the next day with tiles and menus).
