"Secret Sands" ship excursion

If anyone has been on this excursion since last Sept. hurricanes, please comment on the condition on this beach at Smith Bay national park. I know there used to be lots of trees and shade. Is this still so? if not are there umbrellas for shade? I have asked on the St. Thomas board before and got no response.

I don't believe this is the same as Smith Bay National Park.

Are you sure there is such a place as Smith Bay NATIONAL park? There’s Smith Bay Park but it isn’t a National Park.

We were just there in April, trees were pretty much torn up and for the most part baron.

There weren't any umbrellas and it was very hot!

Had to go sit on the picnic benches, they are under a canopy.
