One More M&M Question

Sorry...one more question about M&Ms...

 

Our M&M is confirmed and scheduled. The page says we will receive an e-mail with the confirmation, but I haven't gotten one yet. Just wondering how long after it's scheduled do you get the e-mail?

The only email confirmation we have ever received regarding our M&Ms has been to advise us that we have met the minimum number to qualify for one. We have never received a subsequent email advising us of the date, time and location of the meeting. We either see that on the Meet & Mingle iist of confirmed meetings or on the invitation that is in our room when we board. Sometimes the location changes between the time it was first listed on the boards and when we arrive on the ship, and on a few occasions the site has been changed after we boarded usually because the number of registrants was so large that they needed to relocate it to another lounge which could accommodate everyone.:)

A week or two before your cruise you can get someone in your Rollcall who qualifies for the Concierge Lounge to check into it for you. Either a booked Suite Cabin or a Diamond Plus member should be able to email the Concierge and get details that way.

 

We've done it several times, and got the exact day, time and place. Once, it seemed to be scheduled wierd (was on a Sunday - Sunday cruise and it was scheduled on Wednesday), and through contacts with the Concierge and the C&A, we got it changed to Monday morning.

We were not notified of the date and time of the M&M until we were on the ship. We had an informal meet and mingle that our roll-call organized. It was more fun than what the ship had planned.

Okay, this helps. We have the confirmed time, date, & location on the Confirmed Meet & Mingle list. We do have our own meet & greet planned, too on embarkation day.
