The Carnival Magic is coming to Galveston, Texas!!!

 

Are you interested in a cruise of the Caribbean from Galveston on the new Carnival Magic.

 

This cruise is from Feb 26th through Mar 4 with the following itinerary.

 

Sunday, Feb 26 GALVESTON, TX 4:00pm

 

Monday, Feb 27 FUN DAY AT SEA

 

Tuesday, Feb 28 COZUMEL, MEXICO 8:00am 4:00pm

 

Wednesday, Feb 29 GRAND CAYMAN, CAYMAN ISLANDS 9:00am 4:00pm

 

Thursday, Mar 01 MONTEGO BAY, JAMAICA 9:00am 6:00pm

 

Friday, Mar 02 FUN DAY AT SEA

 

Saturday, Mar 03 FUN DAY AT SEA

 

Sunday, Mar 04 GALVESTON, TX 8:00am

 

 

There will be organized tours at each port, a meet and greet aboard ship as well as one the night prior at our group hotel, and a lot more fun.

The dates for this cruise is Feb 26 - Mar 4, 2012, since the new Magic doesn't set sail until next year.

 

We will submit our request to become "offical" once we get a number of those interested in this cruise. Once that is done, we should be given our prices and any extra that will be part of this cruise package.

ok, ok, you can add Lori and Don to the list. Since we would drive down, I thought it might be too far, but it is exactly the same distance to Galveston as it is to Ft Lauderdale for us. Nice itinerary, plus we get to see a different part of the US we haven't seen before on the drive there! Now hoping for good rates!! And to get Andrea and Dave on board!

Oh, you're tempting me! The only problem might be that 3-4 March is a drill week-end for me. I know! You think it's far enough out that it wouldn't be a problem to get that time off, but some people are funny that way. We are expecting some changes at work by the end of this year, so maybe it won't be a problem after all - depending on how things work out.

Still thinking about the Looney cruise since Carnival went and messed with the Spirit cruise to Hawaii. I have something in the works for a 4 day in Aug that I will find out about on Tuesday. If that falls through, then I might be in Miami sometime around the middle of Jan! (maybe the 14th). But then again, I will hold you responsible for anything I might do!

The weather here in Michigan has been absolutely beautiful, low 90's and sun sun sun. Kinda like Texas weather, huh Rich?? Would have loved to go out on the boat today but too many crazies out on the lake. But it is also nice just to stay home and don't have to do anything if I don't want too. I think I'll go and sit on the porch in the shade, read my book and enjoy and adult beverage :cool:

She said that her and Judie would love to go on this one since the timing will be perfect for them, so I will be adding them to the list as well as another friend from work.
