Internet cafes?

My sister and I will be taking a Western Caribbean cruise this fall. Are there any internet cafes in the various ports? I don't want to pay for internet use onboard but need to figure out a way to keep in touch with my husband while I'm gone. We'll be in Cozumel, Santo Tomas de Castilla and Belize City. (Also Key West, but my cell phone will work there.)

There are internet cafes in most ports. Talk to you waiter or cabin steward. They will know were the best and closest ones are. Also, if you are taking a laptop, some cruise terminals have free wifi.

Yes, as Paul said there are internet cafes in the dowtown areas of the various ports of call.

I have used them at no cost (though I always leave a small donation) all over the world.

 

If you have to pay for Internet usage, find out where gamers go as the connections are far better in those places.

All of those ports have internet cafes close to the piers. As I recall I don't think that I have paid over $6 per hr. any where in the Carib. Bill

All the ports have inexpensive cafes.

Ask any of the stewards/bartenders as they always know the closest and best internet cafes. They are happy to share that info with you.
