Eurodam Neptune Lounge & Priority disembarkation

I just booked an SA suite on the Eurodam, and have a few questions about the perks, which I couldn't find answers to elsewhere.

Is the Neptune Lounge open all day and night, or just during hours when the concierge is there? Are beverages always available (juice, lemonade, coffie etc.).

Does the priority disembarkation include self disembarkation? On NCL suite passengers get to walk off before everyone else. Is this how it works with Holland?

Any help with these questions would be appreciated.

Traditionally, depending on port days, the Neptune lounge is open at 7:30 and usually to 7:30 or so at night. Some port days is a bit later for opening and some sea days a bit earlier.

Yes, if you can handle your luggage, you can walk off whenever you want in suites. If you can't handle your luggage and want to put it out (you have until 6 a.m. in the suites), you can still walk off whenever you want.

hope this helps a bit. Suites rule :D:D:D

The Neptune Lounge is open from 7 AM until about 8 PM.

There is no lemonaide availabe any time.

But there is continenatal breakfast there every morning from 7 AM until about 11 AM. Cold cereal, fresh squeezed orange juice, lots of pastries and a toaster, fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, and a coffee machine that makes not any regular coffe but lattes, espressos. Tea -- hot and cold.

From 11 AM until 5 PM there all kinds of cookies, candies, tea sandwiches and wraps, pound cake, cranberry huice4 and iced tea available.

From 5 PM until closing there are cold appetizers available -- crudites among them.

As for self disembarrkation -- yes it is available -- you get a form at the beginning of the cruise and you can mark this off - it can begin anytime beginning around 7:30 - depends on how things go once the ship docks.

If you need to have the ship handle your luggage, you have to wait until the self-debark people have left. You can then be in the first group that has to claim their luggage in the terminal. When you get the 'debark form', check off you want the lowest debark color/number. When in a Suite, that is always granted.

On all the ships that we have been on -- quite a few -- and we only sail in SA's -- the Neptune Lounge does open at 7 AM.

Also as a Deluxe Suite Passenger you can have breakfast at the Pinnacle Grill -- no extra charge -- it is the same menu as the regular dining room. But you eat in a nice quite place. The hours for breakfast in the Piinacle each day will be listed in the daily program -- hidden by the words "Dining Room Times" -- as the Pinnacle follows the same time as the dining room.
