First Upgrade!!

Wow, for the first time ever i've got a cabin upgrade. I've booked a inside guarantee cabin on the Independence on a 4 night cruise from Southampton to Cork. It a suprise 1st wedding anniversary present for the hubby. I booked an inside as it was such a short cruise but got a call today saying that we'd been allocated a Deluxe balcony aft cabin 7410!!

I'm so excited but can't say anything yet!:D

Congrats!! I've never had an upgrade, and I'm always hopeful the upgrade fairy will pay me a visit. So far, after 8 cruises on RCI she's yet to visit me....:o Yet my friends were upgraded on their very first RCI cruise.....go figure....:confused::)

WOW !!! That is awesome and I am jealous. ;) I have gotten upgrades on NCL and Carnival, but never on Royal Caribbean. This will be my 10th on Royal, so maybe they will surprise me. :D Helloooooo Upgrade Fairy......... ;)

By the way you will love the aft balcony !!!! I had a junior suite on an aft balcony and it's been my favorite room.
