stateroom credit

Hi folks. I booked a cruise for my girlfriend and me for Mar 2011, a Southern on Serenade, and booked during a Wow sale. My deposit was only $250 and if I recall correctly I receive some sort of stateroom credit. Is there anywhere I can look on RCCL's website to check up on this credit? I was looking around and I couldn't find it.

Maybe if you ask them to send you an updated invoice - or call them and ask (or ask your travel agent to call). Also ask to print your statement when aboard the ship.

Usually, Onboard Credits don't show until you're ON the ship...

C&A credits won't show until you've completed your cruise....which are you concerned with?

You can check your onboard credit by calling RCCL directly and asking.

I called and asked if it was given. Usually you will not see until on the ship.

You will be able to see it on an guest invoice in about 3 weeks or so assuming you booked during the WOW sale last week.

 

It will show as a code -OBC and an amount. We were told by 30 days it would be added to your booking

I booked through an online agency, and my documents from the agency show the OBC and Specialty Dining Credits. They said it'll show on RCI about 2-3 weeks before sailing.
