We booked throught a TA and they are suppose to give us OBC. Where can we check to make sure we get our OBC before the cruise starts?

 

This is the first time we have done this.

Travel Agent OBC won't show up until after the 2nd day or so onto your account. You're just going to have to trust your travel agent -- make sure you get it in writing.

I always print out and bring a copy of my invoice showing the OBC, but I have never had a problem with it showing on my account within a few days.

Hi Christine !

 

You probably wont be able to see it on your booking. I suggest you ask your TA to put it in writing, and bring the paperwork with you, should there be any issues onboard. As Wine-O suggested (ok, that just doesnt sound right LOL), you will see the Credit on your onboard account by day 2 or 3 of your Cruise. You can view it in your Stateroom Cabin, or request a printout from Guest Relations.
