Pre Cruise Benefit

Recommended Posts

I've found that you have to call and typically there's nothing that hasn't been applied.

I think in the old days the only way to get the plat/diamond balcony discount was to call after you had the original reservation done

There's a dedicated C&A # to call but they've never provided me anything other than confirmation of the discount.

Is the original poster talking about the Diamond Plus present that you let them know before the cruise what you want?

If so, then to the OP: No, don't email RC. Call the Diamond Plus desk a week or two ahead of time and request your amenity. It will either be waiting in your cabin when your board, or will be delivered the first night.
