RedLightVegas Posted January 14, 2011 #1 Share Posted January 14, 2011 I'm leaving in 3 weeks for a cruise. I originally selected My Time Dining as our dining option, but I got an e-mail saying there was a wait list and for the time being I'm on the traditional 6:30pm dinner in the main dining room. Who do I see when I get onboard about getting a table for two? Also, I need to make sure the beds are separated when we get into the room and it won't let me change that option online (maybe because my cruise documents aren't available yet?) mrsd2fan Posted January 14, 2011 #2 Share Posted January 14, 2011 Just go the MDR when you board for your dining options, for the bed options, just ask you room steward to do that when you get to your room
JohnKen3 Posted January 14, 2011 #3 Share Posted January 14, 2011 You can email your table request to RCLDining@rccl.com . Include the ship, sailing date and reservation number. Send this about 2 weeks before your cruise when they are about to being processing table placements. Check with the MDR first thing when you board the ship
Rare silentbob007 Posted January 14, 2011 #4 Share Posted January 14, 2011 No big deal about the beds ... if you arrive and they are set together, mention it to your room steward and they will be separated when the room is made up in the evening. ARCruisinNana Posted January 14, 2011 #6 Share Posted January 14, 2011 Call RCCL or your TA and ask that they request beds apart. It will be easier on your stateroom attendant to do it before you arrive and will be ready for you when you get onboard. Enjoy your cruise. ace1zoe2 Posted January 14, 2011 #8 Share Posted January 14, 2011 A co-worker emailed the address above yesterday for her July cruise & received an email back asking her to request it within 50 days of her cruise. Normal they will email you back with a confirmation within 24 hours, sometimes less. We requested seating for 2 on our last cruise & were accomodated with no problems.
