Brittgrrl Posted January 24, 2011 #1 Share Posted January 24, 2011 Just wanting to know if Allure makes HOT TEA readily available for guests? I recall it being available 24/7 on the Explorer, but it's something I must have, even if it means bringing my own (I already pack my own Splenda everywhere I go! ;) ) Thank you in advance for your help! <3 Brittgrrl <
Babyberger Posted January 24, 2011 #2 Share Posted January 24, 2011 I would guess so since it was available on Oasis in November. I was not enjoying the coffee and switched to tea by day 2. I can recall having it in the MDR, Cafe Promenade, and Chops even had a full box with a great selection!

Rare broberts Posted January 25, 2011 #4 Share Posted January 25, 2011 Every coffee station I saw aboard Allure had a tank of coffee, decaf, and hot water. Not being a tea drinker I don't know if the water is truly hot enough. I also noticed individually wrapped (foil packets) of green, earl gray and I believe orange pekoe tea bags. Starbucks teas are also available aboard Allure for +$, of course - Starbucks is on deck 5 forward, if I recall correctly. BTW the regular coffee is really good. I love Starbucks but it simply wasn't worth the extra $.
Brittgrrl Posted January 25, 2011 Author #5 Share Posted January 25, 2011 Thank you for the update! I'll cross my fingers for English Breakfast! Unfortunately, I've never acquired the taste for coffee - and Starbucks being the strongest I've attempted, I'll stick to my tea! ;)
cruisegirl1 Posted January 25, 2011 #6 Share Posted January 25, 2011 Plenty of different kinds of tea everywhere – Dining rooms, all eating establishments as well as room service. There is English Breakfast, “regular”, decaf, green and various herbal teas. Also – plenty of Splenda. enjoy M

gbcruise Posted February 3, 2011 #8 Share Posted February 3, 2011 Feel in love with the orange lipton herbal tea only to find out that we cannot get this tea anywhere around where I live. Will be enjoying tea multiple times per day when we cruise. Enjoy your tea!

CaptData Posted February 3, 2011 #10 Share Posted February 3, 2011 Yes but if you buy from Starbucks it will cost. It is available in all dining venues for free. I liked going to Park Cafe and getting it there and sitting watching people.
