Oosterdam - when is disembarkation usually

Customs can be a problem there, and as you are not a US Citizen (it appears), I wouldn't plan on getting off before 9.

The only issue with disembarkation is if they have enough customs officers or not. They didn't one time and that caused a back log. Canadian citizens have no big deal other than that, just show the passport, answer a couple of questions (if they ask) and out you go. There is no different disembarkation time because you are Canadian.

Not just one time. There are many times documented on this board. Yes, there was the horrendous event back in Oct (IIRC), but our last time we docked around 7:15, and nobody got off before 9.
