Big on Smell Goods

I'm big on smell goods...can anyone recommend a good smelling sunblock lotion that will last for a couple of hours, and yet do what it's designed to do?

I've always been partial to Coppertone's smell personally. :)

I loved "Sea and Ski".....but I don't think they make it anymore! It wasn't "sunblock"...it was a tanning lotion!!!! (Back before anyone knew the sun could hurt you!!!)

 

Go to a store, unscrew the tops and start smelling different products!

Hard to find, but smells yummy. Like a orange creamcicle(sp?)

I usually go with Coppertone, but want something a lil' different. Just checked Walmart for Ocean Potion, so I'll drop by today and take a whiff of it. Couldn't find Sea & Ski, and we know how stores are about you standing there opening bottles.

Ambre Solaire by Garnier smells like summer in the south of France.

It used to be just oil but now they have a much more protective product.

Whatever you do, get something subtle. Many of us do not like or are allergic to "smell goods".

After years of trying different sunscreens, we only use the 30 or 50 spf Ocean Potion lotion. They smell great and are waterproof.

It's a sunscreen/insect repellant combo. I tried the blue one and the white one, but only the blue smells good. It goes on blue so you can see where you put it and then dries clear.

Also Avon has a new sunblock lotion that smells really good. I had a sample and put it on my son before he went skiing. It is called Anew Solar Advantage, SPF 45, for body and face.

OMG! Sea & Ski, you just brought back some fun summer memories for me. :)

I haven't seen it in years and years.

Do you also remember that orange gel stuff Bain de Soleil??
