Just received a thank you call from X

I just received a call from X thanking me for choosing them and continuing to sail with them as a loyal customer. I chatted briefly with the agent who also said that we would really enjoy our up coming cruise on the Century.

 

It's the little niceties that count as those are the things that contribute to our love of X and keep it as our cruise line of choice. :)

 

Has anyone else received a call lately?

following a sailing on the Century. I was pleasantly surprised and it certainly went a long way in making me feel that I really do count with Celebrity. A step above the rest.

Just received one this am - a courtesy call :) prior to our upcoming sailing this next week. I agree - it's a little thing that means a lot!

 

Have also received calls post cruise in regards to comment card - when I have made both positive comments and given some constructive criticism.

I received one before our Baltics cruise last August, but haven't received one for our May 2nd TA.

I"ve never had a call from Celebrity other than when I wrote a letter to their CEO...that got a call!

 

I think I'm in their personal "do not call" list :)
