Recommended Posts

The McDonalds in Old Town has public restrooms (just like any other McDonalds)..No problem just walked in and used it..No one was watching or expecting you to buy anything...;)

I would suspect that there are public toilets in Tallinn. Like most European countries, you will have to pay to use them. I would beleive you could use a euro or something to that effect.

Cheers

I used the coin operated public toilet behind the Russian-style Basilica near the "Kiek in de Kok" museum. It was in a park-like area to the right of the Basilica if you are facing the main entrance. I think it was either half a euro or a euro.
