We're also trying to get our luggage tags requested. Anyone else having trouble? It says my reservation is not available at this time. I also can't view my Crown and Anchor information either. Welcome to RCCL...It's Saturday Night! :D The Royal Caribbean website performs website maintenance EVERY Saturday night.
