Hangers and Clothing Storage

Do the ships provide enough handgers, pant hangers etc to hang all your items - or is it best to bring hangers??/

You could bring hangers, or ask your room steward for more. Or just double up shirts, etc.

Most ships seem to have a good supply, and will supply more if you ask.

As others said you can ask for more.

 

With that said, we have luggage that includes suiters so we hang items such as dress pants, dresses, dress shirts on the type of hanger you get at the dry cleaner along with the type of bag they provide and find that it has few if any wrinkles and when we unpack them we can keep them on those hangers.

The luggage we have bought the last few years already had hangers in them -- nice and sturdy. Very handy to just hang up the clothes very quickly.

 

We still have other items that have to put on hangers and I have never been in cabin with a shortage of hangers.

 

But -- if some unknown reason you don't enough hangers -- just ask your cabin steward for more -- pant type -- any type -- no need to lug your own.

i just pack some of my own so i don't have to wait for staff to bring them. once i get on the ship i want to unpack and get the vacation started.

all evening clothes are packed on hangers and with dry-cleaning bags so i just take them out and hang them up, this way has saved so much time for unpacking:)

As others have posted, your steward will provide you with more hangers at your request.

 

Fingers crossed I won't have to ask again on my next cruise, far too many clothes last time! :o

We haven't had a problem running out of hangers. But then we put some of our clothes in a garment bag so those clothes are on hangers -- a few shirts or dresses on each hanger.

I always toss a few in my suitcase or the front pocket.
