Yo Eleven Posted November 1, 2011 #1 Share Posted November 1, 2011 I was looking at the deck plan for the Monarch on the RCI website but did not find the Schooner Bar. Anyone know what deck it is located and where? Thanks.

pittisit Posted January 3, 2012 #14 Share Posted January 3, 2012 In all seriousness, how was the 4 night on monarch? we've done the 3 night (and love the schooner bar). We live on Orlando, so its super convenient. What are the activities like on the at sea day?

They will then overnight in Nassau and try Coco Cay on the way back to PC. We have had that happen several times. Try it, the four nights are much better! Eng23 Posted January 3, 2012 #16 Share Posted January 3, 2012 I am on the ship right now. There is no schooner bar on deck 5. I suggest you check to see what ship you are on. You may have boarded a Carnival ship by mistake. It is on Deck 5 next to the Casino. It's one of the largest bar's on the ship.

Try it, the four nights are much better! we're going to, just wish the 4 nights had some that started on wednesday instead of Monday so we wouldn't have to use as much time off of work. Plan on sailing March 19 on Monarch out of PC, but we're waiting until the February C&A Hot deal email for a last minute rate... :-)

We missed Coco Cay on the 12/12/11 4 nighter and we spent Coco Cay day at sea, got to Nassau at 8 AM the next morning as planned, left at midnight, and made it to Coco Cay on what was supposed to be our day at sea. I like the way they did it on our sailing much better... I would have hated two nights in Nassau!

We live on Orlando, so its super convenient. What are the activities like on the at sea day? Its fine if you can snag a good deal, but we wished we had spent a little extra money to do the Jewel or Liberty 4 night (also would have only had to use 2 vacation days instead of a week). Oh well, you live and learn! We still had a great time and for $189 P/P in an oceanview and a C&A coupon on top of that, how can you say no! It was about as cheap as staying home :D. Hunwolf Posted January 3, 2012 #23 Share Posted January 3, 2012 The 4 night on the Monarch is a ton of fun. We love the Sovereign class ships...because for one they actually look like ships and not rounded off shoe boxes.
