First Time Bermuda Question

First time to Bermuda, cruising from New York, staying for a week in Bermuda. Do people get off the ship and stay overnight on the island? No picking on Pickels,:) thanks.

Given hotel prices in Bermuda, I can't imagine why someone would do that, unless you have friends or family you can stay with on the island.

And to add. Hotel prices are why many of us take a cruise to Bermuda instead of flying to Bermuda. But maybe they have someplace else to stay? Staying overnight would certainly be allowed if that is what the OP is asking.
