They are not required by Carnival, however, depending on where you are you might want to check as to whether something might be a good idea. We have on a couple of occassion gotten some vacine. Just depends on where we are going. Can never be too careful.

Can anyone tell me if Carnival requires passangers to be up to date on vaccines.

Carnival does not require anything special for MOST voyages, however it is always wise to check with your personal physician for questions of this nature.

Well that's good to know, I might consider hep a because who knows how often they wash their hands after using the restroom and before preparing your food. She b not worried about because I won't be sharing needles or having sex with anyone other then my husband. And the flu shot I'd just a joke. But thank you all for answering my question.

Yes exactly! You don't never know. Hepatitis B vaccine takes a while though. Three shots 1 and 6 months after the first. Still a good idea overall...

Not that I recall.

My embarkation ritual consists of chewing up 5 Alka Seltzers, foaming, barking and dragging my butt across the carpet during checkin and no one asked me if I was vaccinated.

So I think they dont check.

Just kidding, I only chew up 2.

5 would be just crazy
