Where to eat around La Sagrada Familia?

Looking for suggestions of where to eat lunch by la Sagrada Familia.

 

 

Also if anyone has dinner recommendations of someplace around Casa Mila?

There are a number of places across the street from La Sagrada ranging from a salad buffet to pizza to cafes. We walked down the the street looked at posted menus and made our choice.

And if nothing else looks good there's always McDonalds just across the street...;):)

Would you recommend where you ate? Do most of the cafes/restaurants have set menus for lunch?

Depends what you like. We ate at an all you can eat salad bar. Was about 10E and included all we could drink also. From where we ate we could see the La Sagrada line and left when the line shortened. It was good, not gourmet by any means. However, for lunch salad and pizza hit the spot.

Across from Sagrada Familia is also a place called "La Casa del Jamon". "House of Ham". Didn't eat there, but my friend and I did sit and have some coffee while her hubby was taking more photos at dusk. We couldn't resist it - just the name drew us in :-) It's a pig thing. On the same trip, we were also in Paris. I took a photo of a place that had a neon pig outside, with the name "Au Pied du Cochon" - The Pig's Foot.
