Merion_Mom Posted September 16, 2012 #3 Share Posted September 16, 2012 Nope. Either you indulge or you abstain. No in-between. Your only chance of doing a sugar-free mixer is a Jack & Diet Coke, for instance. Those bar mixes for frou-frou drinks are about 115% fattening. :D
lakelorain Posted September 16, 2012 #4 Share Posted September 16, 2012 Also Sprite Zero is available for sale or mixing.

siren Posted September 16, 2012 #6 Share Posted September 16, 2012 Boy I sure wish they did....I have not found one yet. I love those umbrella drinks but unfortunately, I recently found out that I am type 1 diabetic. and I do like my alcohol!! My version of a no carb/sugar pina colado.....Ask the bartender for 1/2 shot of coconut rum and 1/2 pineapple run with tonic water. It's a skinny Pina coloda!! Coconut rum has a bit more carbs than the pineapple or other flavored rums....even just try any flavored with the tonic water......lots less calories too!!!!:D
Merion_Mom Posted September 16, 2012 #7 Share Posted September 16, 2012 These are the mixers that RC uses. Check out the "nutrition" label! Here is the Margarita..............150 calories for THREE ounces! http://www.islandoasis.com/io_nutritionalinfo.aspx?ItemRef=Q500&ItemName=MARGARITA

flgojo Posted September 16, 2012 Author #9 Share Posted September 16, 2012 Its not the calories its the carbs as I am diabetic and I love the fancy umbrella drinks. I will have to remember your pina coloda recipe for sure. If I am careful about everything else I can probably splurge on one a day. At least there are sugar free deserts. It is too bad they don't offer it though even if it was just a couple of choices and just at one location it would be a big seller for me.
flgojo Posted September 16, 2012 Author #10 Share Posted September 16, 2012 Okay I think I found a solution. http://www.bajabob.com/single-orig.html Unfortunately just have the powder in Margarita but if I take this I think I could just buy a shot of tequila and make my own. There are always carbs in the sugar-free desserts. We still have to be careful. ;) .
