I'm guessing as with many things Celebrity, experience varies. However the last time I tried this was a few years ago and was not able to. Just saved my Passages for the next trip.

 

Although there are many restrictions, the thing I like about Passages is that they don't expire and there will always be another cruise.....

I bought a passages certificate on a cruise in January and used it to book an April cruise from the Tuesday special list. I received all of my OBC.

Thanks for all the replies! I know that I could just call the number, but based on past experience, I like to check here first, often the folks who answer the phone at X are less than well informed :D

We have done it a few times. Once though, our TA had to call and talk to a different agent for it to be allowed.
