Yes, there are several tables for two. However, seating is very close, and a table for two may just be quite close to another table.

There are a few tables for two that are pretty isolated, but most are made by spliting a small table off from a larger one. Usually this results in about 8 to 12 inches between the tables.

We had a table for 6 on our recent cruise, with a table for 2 about 8 inches away. The people at the small table ended up joining in the dinner conversation - wonder why they even bother with the table for two. It's definitely not for those who want a quiet romantic dinner.
