Anyone know if Explorer will be getting the new menu by February?

I keep seeing posts about the new menu and someone was nice enough to actually type it out! Sounds great! Anyone know if Explorer is slated to get this menu by February?

We are sailing on the 11/15 cruise and am looking forward to the new menus. I hope someone can report on the veal choices. Enjoy your cruise and also the new menus.

That's awesome! Thanks for planning on reviewing Esmerelda! I'm a vegetarian so it's sometimes a struggle to get something yummy and elegant that isn't just potatoes and veg scraped off of a meat dish lol

I just came of the Explorer yesterday. The new menus were in place. Myself and everyone at the table seemed pleased with the menus. I will go back and compare them to a copy of the old menus that I have to see but I can not think of any of my favorites that I missed on the new menus.

 

Escargot was on the menu every night. i know for a while it was off the menu due to a world wide shortage/cost factor.

What did you think of the new food? Did they change Portofinos menu also? I went in August and like most of the MDR food. Will be going in July again and hope new menu is just as good!

Have they cut down on the salt used in the new menus? Especially the soups? I sure hope so, can't wear shoes by day three!:(

I did not use Portofinos so I cannot comment on whether it is the same menu or not. I did not notice anything about the salt levels in the old or new menu.
