Excellent customer service.

We recently returned from the 10/1 sailing on the Constellation. Without going into detail,we had a slight issue with the drink pkg. I debated contacting customer service but then decided I needed an answer. Sent an email and received a reply the next day. They apologized and explained the policy to my satisfaction. They also added (totally unexpected)a nice perk for our next cruise. Just another reason to make Celebrity our favorite cruise line.

What part of the policy did you not understand? What prompted you to contact Celebrity?

 

My husband had the classic pkg. he had been drinking Magners hard cider for about 3 days then was told he couldn't get it because it was more than the $5 limit for beer. We explained that Magners is not beer,listed on the menu under cider and coolers. Not a big deal but we felt the servers should all be on the same page. There was a little more discussion with the bar manager but I won't bore you with details.

Certainly would no stop us from buying the bev pkg.
