Shareholders credit still available?

Is the shareholder's credit still available? On the Princess request form, it states that sailings must be before July 31, 2012? If it is still available is there a new form and can someone put a link to it?

It is good until July 2013, and they have been renewing it every year so far...

Sorry, I do not have a link to the PDF form I used most recently but I'm sure you can use the old form to Fax or mail your request in. m--

It is normally renewed by the board of directors around the beginning of March each year.

 

Currently it is extended until sailings by July 31, 2013.

 

So you can expect it to extend to sailings until July 31, 2014 next March.

I faxed in my request for our upcoming Holland America cruise earlier this month. My travel agent emailed me the next day to let me know my onboard credit had been applied to my booking. Don't expect anything that quick from Princess. It took almost two weeks for the credit to show up before our cruise on the Sapphire this past summer.
