How do we get the 10% discount do we have to cancel and get refund then re book? or would they apply the 10% discount to what we have paid and refund the difference? If you buy something the following day, it would go on the next month's bill. Say your cut off date for the month is the 15th. The next day they send a bill for that month and start a new cycle. In reality, once something is SENT to the credit card company, it will be on your bill the next day. And will then show on your next bill. This two billing cycle crap is their way of saying nicely: " Please do not call us for two months if you are having a problem". And, we don't.
