Thank you for your very informative, well written review with nice photos. Great job. I am a big fan of the Star and her sister ship the Dawn so I am always happy to hear that she is still wowing her passengers. I believe it is the extremely friendly crew. :D

Thank you for your review. I have done this cruise a couple of times out of New Orleans except on The Norwegian Spirit. I loved your pictures. I am glad you got to enjoy a little of New Orleans.

Where in Washington State do you live?? I live near Walla Walla and fly into and out of Seattle for most of my cruises (17 and counting).

Thanks for the feedback everyone! We had a great cruise and are looking forward to the next one. The photos are a pain to upload, I'm nagging Eric to help me put up some food porn - at the very least you have to eat at Cagney's once, it is well worth the cover charge!

We will be on the Star in March and I was wondering which pier in Cozumel you docked? I think there is one that is right downtown and two that are 10 minutes or so from downtown. Does the Star go to the same pier every trip?

We docked at the Punta Langosta pier in Cozumel. It is right downtown. I believe that is the normal pier for the Star.
