skandls Posted February 22, 2013 #1 Share Posted February 22, 2013 Hi - there is a gap between 2 South American cruises in 2014. One cruise ends on Feb 23 and the next starts Mar 5. Has the ship been chartered?
Rare LHT28 Posted February 22, 2013 #2 Share Posted February 22, 2013 Hi - there is a gap between 2 South American cruises in 2014. One cruise ends on Feb 23 and the next starts Mar 5. Has the ship been chartered? Maybe it will be in drydock FDR did mention all the4 R-ships would be worked on in 2014
Mura Posted February 22, 2013 #3 Share Posted February 22, 2013 I find it hard to believe that it would be chartered for such a short period. That said, it could be that a private group bought it out for two weeks or so, but Lyn's suggestion of drydock seems far more likely to me. skandls Posted February 22, 2013 Author #4 Share Posted February 22, 2013 I was wondering because in the past Oceania had cruises that overnighted in Rio during Carnaval. In 2014 it think Carnaval occurs during this 'blank' space. And the Mar 5 cruise starts on Ash Wednesday.
