Independence 8 Night New Menus

I realize the new menus just came out but we were wondering if anyone had copies of the 8 night menus. We're trying to decide when to go to Portofinos. Thank you.

I have just read this menu and it beats me how anyone can ever complain about the food there is so much choice , I cant wait to get on board in April !!

Eventually yes - it is currently being rolled out, but not all ships at one time.

I believe Explorer got the new menus around last October.

Do the menus go by day of the week or day of the cruise? For ex, in the above posted menus ,would the wed menu be day 4 for a cruise leaving on sat? Thx.

I don't see a problem either. I had no problem seeing something I love for every course, for every day!!! Because of the number of cruises we've been on, and the fact that if he didn't like what he ordered, he knew he could get something else, my Grandson is always thrilled to see duck, escargot, any dish with shrimp, Indian dish...I can't wait until he finds out he can now have escargot every night on our next cruise!

The new menus have been there since before she returned to the UK in April. However Portofino's' isn't. It was renovated and replaced with Giovanni's table during the Hamburg refit.

Yes, Liberty had the new menu when we cruised on her last November.

That's the one we will be on in March. Leaving Saturday, March 29 and get back, Sunday April 6
