I was hoping some cc's who have been on the Solstice could give us some useful ship tour information- which ones to avoid, ones not to miss. Does'nt look like it will happen

I think the more popular tours are all booked out by now. Can't wait for Thursday, see you then.:D

some of the tours were booked out but they became available again yesterday.

When we called at Port Douglas on Diamond Princess we had no tours booked ,but picked up a tour from a local co. that had a desk set up on the boardwalk at the marina where the tenders land.

It was neat. A Daintree River cruise and a walk in the Mossman Gorge and back in plenty of time to have a stroll around Port Douglas before tendering back to the ship.
