sjbdtz Posted March 24, 2013 #4 Share Posted March 24, 2013 Yes, subject to a 3% charge if sailing anywhere but Europe. Europe doesn't have the surcharge.

Love my butler Posted March 24, 2013 #7 Share Posted March 24, 2013 Depends on the type of OBC, Which type do you have? Does not depend on what kind of OBC. You can cash out any kind thru the casino cage. Go to the cage, ask for some cash charged to your room. They will give you whatever you want, $100 minimum, up to $2000/day. They will charge you a 3% fee for the cash and it will all be subracted from your OBC.
chipq Posted March 24, 2013 #8 Share Posted March 24, 2013 Some promotional OBC have restrictions for its use although I do not recall casino as being one of the restrictions; they actually probably want you to waste it there. That said, many of the on board casinos you can load a slot machine with funds from your on board account for no fee. Take a spin and cash out to your casino "acount". You can draw down this account at the cash without the fee. http://luv2cruise.blogspot.com
